Slow Motion #2

A show that takes a year to create.

I'm starting a new tradition! Last year, I evolved a 10 year old tradition, of building and sharing an annual playlist of my favorite albums released in a calendar year, to include an even more curated playlist. It features only 2 tracks from each of these albums, with the intent to intice you to listen to the rest of the album.

I was able to play this show live at our 3rd annual Holiday Hangover in mid-January and it got some heads boppin' - take a listen for yourself.

I despise singles and EPs because they're too short of an experience for me. I want at LEAST 25 minutes, preferably 33, and I'm even good with 47 or 53 minutes. I had to make an exception this year for Johnny Polygon because...

1. he's amazingly talented and
2. he released 8 singles which could have been an album, but he had a process that required the extra steps. The songs will tell you all about it. Deep resepect for this poet and musician.

The whole show makes for 2 hours and 23 minutes of pure jams sure to get you moving at least a tiny bit. Which album will hook you first?
