Tom Lunt may not be a household name in the classic mainstream thought of fame, but amongst the hip cognoscenti, musicians and fans of all things good, he is a household name. A wizard/a true star. Tom’s days of working at Streetside Records on Delmar Ave in St. Louis , witnessing performances by groups and artists at their peak, co-founding the revered archival record label Numero Group, being an advocate and supporter to many artists, having a wealth of knowledge on culture and healthy a dose of critical thinking to boot. It’s no wonder he’s known far and wide by hipsters alike. Tom joined Brian, Lobo and I in the conversation pit in the closing weeks of 2021. It’s a freewheeling, dense and funny talk with the biggest music fan next to us !
