winter was a slog this year. it doesn’t even feel gone though the sun is telling us it is. the world feels heavier than it should. more expensive, more fragile, more uncertain. still somehow, people keep making things. when the world seems out of control, writing, recording, drawing, gathering provide us an island of calm.

this what this Wholesome has always been about - progress, not perfection. steady moving + making. people trying things together and inviting others in.

on April 18, we’re opening the doors again for UNDEAD POEMS - an evening of coffee, donuts, tea, and shared words. Bring something to share, or just bring yourself. It matters either way.

and below is more of what’s been taking shape: new comics, a few pieces we’ve been sitting with, two poems, and a moment to remember someone who helped build this community.
